The William Hotel Midtown, Sonder By Marriott Bonvoy – Hotel near airport in New York

My stay at this hotel was truly a mixed bag. The rooms are incredibly spacious with ample storage space, kitchenette, and some even boast a lovely terrace. Unfortunately, I experienced a hiccup when my room wasn't properly serviced, but the issue was swiftly resolved by being moved to a better room. The service was top-notch, with a helpful and enthusiastic staff. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from iconic New York landmarks like Grand Central Station and Times Square. On the downside, the dining options were a bit limited, but there are plenty of nearby choices. Overall, a decent value for money option in a convenient location.

The service was very friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to major attractions in Midtown. The room was massive, very unusual for a New York room, and beautifully designed, light, and airy. The service was friendly and attentive, although there were moments when staff members seemed distracted by their cell phones. The location was ideal, just minutes away from Grand Central, providing a peaceful escape from the city noise. The dining experience was good with a nice coffee machine in the room and plenty of nearby options. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor distractions.
